At Rare Fairways, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before initiating a return.

 

 

Eligibility for Returns

 

To be eligible for a return and full refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

 

• Shoes must be completely unworn

• Shoes must be free from any damage

• Shoes must be returned in their original packaging, and the packaging must be undamaged

• The return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

 

 

Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted for a refund.

 

Return Process

 

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Rare Fairways does not cover return shipping.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

 

Refunds

• Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements.

• If approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

• Refunds are processed after inspection, not upon shipment of the return.

 

Non-Returnable Items

• Worn shoes

• Damaged shoes or packaging

• Returns sent after the 7-day return window
