- United Kingdom: Free standard shipping on all orders
- International (Worldwide): Flat rate shipping fee of £5
Custom Made Products
​
- All Rare Fairways products are made to order.
- Manufacturing typically takes up to 3 weeks, depending on demand.
- Production times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen manufacturing delays.
- Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun.

Order Processing & Dispatch
​
- Once manufacturing is complete, orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Rare Fairways does not ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Timeframes

- Delivery times begin after dispatch, not at the time of order.
- All delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
- These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Rare Fairways is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Shipping Accuracy

- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
- Rare Fairways is not liable for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
- Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

- Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Rare Fairways is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
- Any claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
- Rare Fairways may assist with shipment details but does not guarantee refunds or replacements for carrier-related issues.

Rare Fairways shall not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or shipping carrier disruptions.
